What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your fasting timer and streaks keep working and keep syncing — those are free with an account. You lose the programs, the dashboard, your lists and the retreat discount, and they are all waiting if you upgrade again. Your milestone notifications keep arriving — those come with an account.
