About Ubud Fasting Sanctuary
Hidden in the jungle outside Ubud, the Sanctuary has guided water and juice fasts for over fifteen years. Programs pair supervised fasting with twice-daily meditation, gentle movement and traditional Balinese healing sessions. Private villas sit among the rice terraces, each with its own pool and space to simply stop. Most guests arrive exhausted and leave saying the silence did as much as the fast.
